I advocate for our U.S. military Servicemembers and Veterans. I’m also involved in luxury assets, amateur radio, and the exploration of human performance and wellness. I practice tai chi and meditation, and have a particular interest in the gut-brain connection, heart rate variability, and how both relate to brain function and the nervous system.

I like to have a good time, and I surround myself with people who are positive, proactive, and excited about life. Integrity matters to me. I’m direct, honest, and clear, and I expect the same in return. Liars rarely get a second chance.

I held a Top Secret security clearance for over 20 years and continue to uphold the highest personal and professional standards. I’m a man of my word with a track record of making tough decisions in both the military and business.
