I’m involved in with diamonds and gold, amateur radio, and the exploration of human performance and wellness. I practice tai chi and meditation, and have a particular interest in the gut-brain connection, heart rate variability, and how both relate to brain function and the nervous system. I’m also an aspiring screen actor.
