I advocate for our service members and veterans, especially where laws and policies no longer match operational reality. I’m also involved in luxury assets, amateur radio, and the exploration of human performance and wellness. I practice tai chi and meditation, and have a particular interest in the gut-brain connection, heart rate variability, and how both relate to brain function and the nervous system.

I like to have a good time, and I surround myself with people who are positive, proactive, and excited about life. Integrity matters to me. I’m direct, honest, and clear, and I expect the same in return. Liars rarely get a second chance.

I held a Top Secret security clearance for over 20 years and continue to uphold the highest personal and professional standards. I’m a man of my word with a track record of making tough decisions in both the military and business.
