He is a United States Department of Labor 4000-hour Counseling Apprentice, has performed duties in Los Angeles as a Mentorship Coordinator, and also performed as an Internal Career Counselor in California and Washington State. This experience totals 5160 hours.

He has personally conducted 95 client interviews while employed at Navy Recruiting District Los Angeles from January 2011 to October 2011; he administered assessments and interpreted the results, and directly produced the public with career facilitation. Further, he has supervised an additional 365 interviews from October 2011 to June 2013. Each interview is one-hour in duration. This experience activity totals 434 hours.
