Chief Petty Officer Osterday’s tireless efforts and personal commitment were critical in meeting the command mission and led to his “Commander, Navy Recruiting Command Admiral’s Warrior Award” recognition. Through boundless initiative and outstanding knowledge of the complex recruiting environment, he made a dramatic and measurable impact on future Fleet readiness. His personal example and guidance set the course for the young men and women who will man out Fleet of today and tomorrow.
